1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup Lost River Gold Dust Breading - Garden Herb Flavor
1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese
1/2 Jar Pasta or Spaghetti Sauce
Lightly beat one egg in medium sized bowl. Add 1/2 cup water or milk.
Mix Lost River Gold Dust Breading Mix - Garden Herb Flavor
and Parmesan cheese in 2nd 9 x 9 square pan.
Dip chicken in egg mixture, shake off excess. Then place in dry
breading/coating mix and cover completely. Place on a baking sheet
sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any unused coating.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with heated pasta sauce for dipping.
