Lost River Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  in 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting pan, combine all.

4 medium sized potatoes, cut into medium size chunks (about 2 lbs.)

1/3 cup Olive Oil or Canola Oil

Bake, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender golden brown.
