Dust meat pieces in dry breading mix. (at this point meat is ready for frying.)
For thicker breading - proceed to next step:
THICKER BREADING OPTION: After dusting in dry mix, dip meat pieces
into egg/milk or egg/water mixture and DIP AGAIN in dry
Spicy Red Pepper & Garlic Lost River Gold Dust Breading Mix.
Heat 1/4” to 1/2” oil in skillet. Heat oil until hot - but not smoking.
Fry in small batches. Do not overcrowd. Brown to desired taste.
